Mal-PEG4-acid(Mal-PEG4-acid) is a compound consisting of maleimide, tetraethylene glycol and a carboxylic acid group.
Nature:
-Appearance: White solid powder
-Solubility: Soluble in organic solvents such as dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and dichloromethane (DCM).
In addition, it can also be used to construct nanoparticles, aggregates, and coating materials.
Preparation:
The method of maleimide tetrapolyethylene glycol carboxylic acid is generally completed through chemical synthesis. Firstly, react maleimide with tetrapolyethylene glycol at appropriate temperature and reaction conditions to form a maleimide tetrapolyethylene glycol coupling compound. Then, the coupling compound reacts with a compound containing a carboxylic acid group to form the final product, maleimide tetrapolyethylene glycol carboxylic acid.
